Sinosource Group and Egypt NSF Group Visited Shan Steel's Section Steel Production Line and Reached Strategic Cooperation

On November 18, 2024, Mr. Hassan, Technical Director of Egypt NSF Group, visited the company. Hassan's first stop was to inspect the section steel production line of strategic partner Shandong Iron & Steel, and observe the first fully intelligent H-beam production line in China. Equipped with Siemens mill control system, the line can roll 12 kinds of international certified steel sections such as European standard EN 10025 and American standard ASTM A36, with a monthly capacity of 180,000 tons.

The production manager demonstrates the laser online inspection system: "The tolerance of web thickness is controlled at ±0.3mm, which is better than the ±0.5mm requirement of the Egyptian Bureau of Standards." Zinc-nickel alloy plating process customized for Egypt's desert climate, with salt spray test life exceeding 2,500 hours.

Then he visited the warehouse of Sinosource Group. The next day, the two sides reached a strategic cooperation to build a "production-logistics-certification" whole chain service system.
