Stainless Steel Pipe

Stainless Steel Pipe

Stainless steel pipe is a hollow long steel strip made of chromium-nickel stainless steel (such as 304, 316, etc.) and produced by cold drawing, hot rolling or welding. Its core advantages are strong corrosion resistance (chromium elements form a dense oxide film), high temperature resistance (maximum working temperature is above 120°C) and excellent mechanical properties (tensile strength is 520-750MPa). According to the production process, it can be divided into seamless pipes (suitable for high-pressure environments) and welded pipes (lower cost), and according to the shape, it can be divided into round pipes and special-shaped pipes (such as square pipes, oval pipes, etc.). It is widely used in architectural decoration (guardrails, stairs), chemical equipment (corrosion-resistant pipes), food and medical (transporting sanitary media), energy transportation (oil/natural gas pipelines) and automobile manufacturing (exhaust systems). As a green and environmentally friendly material, it is 100% recyclable and does not pollute water quality. It is recognized as the best pipe for direct drinking water systems.
