Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Plate

Hot-rolled stainless steel plate is a medium and thick stainless steel plate produced by a high temperature (1100-1250℃) hot rolling process. The surface is covered with oxide scale and has a low smoothness. It has good plasticity, toughness and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in chemical equipment, ship structures, machinery manufacturing and construction fields. After pickling, it can replace part of the cold-rolled plate.

Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Plate

Cold-rolled stainless steel plates are high-precision stainless steel plates produced using a room temperature cold rolling process. They usually have a thickness range of 0.1-8.0 mm (mainly below 4.5 mm), a smooth surface, high strength (HRB>90), corrosion resistance (chromium content ≥10.5%), and excellent processing properties (annealing, pickling and flattening treatment are required). They are widely used in building curtain walls (such as 316L material), automotive parts, medical equipment, food equipment, and electronic components.
