I BEAM

I-beam (Universal Beam) is a long steel strip with an I-shaped cross section. According to international standards, it is divided into European standards (such as IPE, HEA/HEB/HEM series), American standards (W series) and British standards (UB/UC). Its flange is perpendicular to the web, and the cross-section has excellent bending resistance and can efficiently disperse the load. It is widely used in construction (high-rise frames, factories), bridges (main beams, piers), machinery manufacturing (cranes, ships) and other fields. The material is mostly low-alloy steel such as S235 and S355, which has high strength (tensile strength of 470MPa) and toughness, and has the advantages of lightweight (15%-20% lighter than traditional structures), convenient construction (no need for complex welding) and environmental protection and recyclability.

H BEAM

H-beam is an economical and efficient profile with an H-shaped cross-section. It has wide and parallel flanges and a thin web. Its bending resistance is 5%-10% stronger than that of I-beam and it can save 10%-40% of metal. According to international standards, it is divided into European standards (HEA/HEB/HEM), British standards (UB/UC) and American standards (W series). It is widely used in construction, bridges, ships, machinery manufacturing and energy fields. Its lightweight (weight reduction of 15%-20%), earthquake resistance and environmental protection (100% recyclable) characteristics make it a core material for global infrastructure.

Channel Steel

Channel steel is a long steel strip with a grooved cross section. The international standards are divided into European standards (UPN/UPE), American standards (Type C) and British standards (PFC series). The materials are mostly carbon steels such as Q235B, Q355B, S235JR, S355JR, etc. The bending strength is 5%-10% higher than that of I-beams. Its lightweight design can reduce weight by 15%-20%, and the surface anti-rust treatment enhances corrosion resistance. It is widely used in building frames, bridge main beams, machinery manufacturing (cranes, vehicle chassis) and ship structures.

Angle steel

Angle steel is a long steel strip with two sides perpendicular to each other. It is divided into two categories: equal angle steel (such as ∟30×30×3) and unequal angle steel. It is made of carbon structural steel and is hot-rolled from low-carbon square steel billets. Its characteristics include high bearing strength, light weight, material saving and flexible construction. It is mainly used in building frames (beams, bridges), engineering structures (transmission towers, lifting machinery), shipbuilding and shelf construction.
